Cabbage and Noodles

1/2 head cabbage
8oz. dry noodles (not egg noodles)
canola or olive oil
salt/pepper to taste

Shred cabbage, and fry in very large frying pan. Cover pan until cabbage is pretty soft, then uncover. Mix frequently. While cabbage is frying, boil noodles to preferred texture.

When cabbage is a golden brown, drain excess oil, and mix with noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste.
