Corned Beef Hash Casserole

10 oz. pk. shredded hash browns
1/4 cup chopped onions
9-10 eggs

1/4 cup diced green pepper
8 oz. shredded cheese (any kind will do)

1/2 pint whipping cream
1 can corned beef hash

Place hash browns in the bottom of a greased 9x13x2 baking dish. Add chopped onions and green peppers. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Break in eggs, break yolks but do not scramble. Pour on whipping cream. Add ½ of cheese, then add hash, and cover with the remainder of cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
