Chow Mein Cookies

Butterscotch:

1 12oz bag butterscotch chips
1/2 cup peanutbutter
3 1/2 cups chow mein noodles

Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler. Mix until smooth. Add peanutbutter and mix in well. Once the mixture is smooth, add chow mein noodles. Mix well to coat noodles completely. Drop by spoonfuls onto sheet of wax paper. Let them cool completely.

 

Vanilla Hazelnut:

1 12oz bag vanilla/white chocolate chips
1/3 cup Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)
3 1/2 cups chow mein noodles

Melt chips in double boiler. Mix until smooth. Add Nutella and mix in well. Once the mixture is smooth, add chow mein noodles. Mix well to coat noodles completely. Drop by spoonfuls onto sheet of wax paper. Let them cool completely.
