Energy Bars

1/2 c Honey (6 tb)
1/2 c Peanut butter (7 tbl)
1/2 c Cocoa
2 c Total, any combination of sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and chopped nuts
1/2 c Raisins or dates
1/2 - 1 cup shredded coconut

Heat honey and peanut butter. Quickly add cocoa and stir. Remove from heat. Add seeds, nuts, coconut and dried fruit. Pour into a sqare greased pan and refrigerate to harden. Cut in squares. Store in refrigerator
