1 large can sweet potatoes or yams, drained 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup butter
Pour sweet potatoes in baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and walnuts over the potatoes, then dot with dabs of butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Optional: Sprinkle with miniature marshmallows during last 5-7 minutes of baking, and bake until marshmallows are golden.
