Monkey Bread

4 (10 ct) cans biscuits
1 cup sugar
3 tb cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 cup sugar
1 Tblsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla


Cut each biscuit into quarters, and put into paper bag or baggie, with 1 cup sugar, and 3 tblsp cinnamon. Shake to coat. Place in tube or bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Topping:
In sauce pan, bring margarine, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tblsp cinnamon and vanilla to boil. Pour over bread. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minites. It will seem "jiggly" when first out of the oven, so let it set 15-20 minutes then invert on serving plate.

Optional:
To ice, slightly melt a portion of a container of vanilla frosting and drizzle over top. Serve by pulling apart.
