Pumpkin Fudge
3 cups Milk
5 cups Pumpkin
7 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
3 cups Granulated sugar
Dash salt
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1 cup Chopped nuts
1 cup Marshmallow creme
8 oz White chocolate
1 tsp. Vanilla
Combine the milk, pumpkin, spice, sugar, salt, butter and nuts in a 5
quart saucepan and bring to a boil, cooking until the mixture reaches
the firm ball stage. Then stir in the marshmallow creme, white
chocolate and vanilla. Stir until it starts to get thick. Pour into
buttered pan; let set.
