Sausage
Gravy
1/2 lb pork
sausage
2 tbs butter
2 cups half and half
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sage
4 tbs flour
1 tsp salt
Brown the sausage, leave in pan, add the butter, seasonings, and
the flour.
Mix until flour is absorbed into drippings. Slowly add the half
and half and
simmer for 10 minutes.
