Sesame Crusted Tofu
1 block of firm tofu or extra firm
2tb dark sesame seed oil
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
Drain tofu and let soak on paper towels, then slice the block a little bigger than 1/4" slices. Put the sesame seed oil on top of cut slices and let marinate from 1-8 hours in the refrigerator.
Mix all dry ingredients and roll the tofu slices in them and cover evenly. Spray a foil lined cookie sheet and lay the slices on it evenly spaced.
Bake at 400° about 15 minutes on each side. They should be a little brown.
Cool and serve. Stores well in the refrigerator.
